Templeton charged that in 2017, Lindsey visited the property and presented a business card noting he was a county commissioner. Templeton also asserts that Lindsey told the residential or commercial property owners “you chose the wrong area,” and “what you are doing is illegal.”

” I consulted with members of the Ethics Commission and brought paperwork,” Lindsey said. “We concerned an arrangement that they require to investigate, and I believe this problem needs to be investigated too. I want an examination of the problem itself.”

A problem was filed on July 17 by William Templeton of Albany, on behalf of himself and a number of member of the family associated with the cannabis operation at Butte Creek Estates.
